The 9-valent HPV vaccine: how many doses, how far apart
The number of doses depends on the age you start, which changes the total cost a lot. Here is the schedule most clinics follow, so you can work out the whole course before booking the first dose.
Doses by age
People starting before age 15 usually receive 2 doses, 6–12 months apart. From age 15 the course is usually 3 doses over about 6 months. Follow the exact schedule your doctor or clinic sets.
Price the course, not the dose
Listed prices are usually per dose. Multiplied out, the gap between clinics can run into thousands of baht. Some clinics sell the full course for less than the doses bought separately — worth asking before the first one.
