Two things people mix up: cancelling an appointment and refunding a voucher are not the same act.
Cancel it yourself from My appointments, any time before the visit. It costs nothing, and the voucher stays in your account — pick another date whenever you like, as long as the voucher has not expired.
The one thing we ask: if you cannot make it, cancel rather than not turning up, so the clinic can give that slot to somebody else.
A full refund is available from the voucher’s own page when both of these are true:
The money goes back the way it came. A coupon spent on that order counts as used, and points earned on it are taken back.
Past seven days, already used, or expired — there is no refund button, because those are conversations rather than rules a button can apply. Reach us with the voucher code and we will look — the contact page says how.
If the clinic cancels on you, is closed, or cannot deliver what the package says, you get a full refund regardless of the seven days.
Every voucher carries its own expiry, printed on it and counted from the day you bought it. After that it cannot be used and is not refunded — you can always book a date early, even if you are not sure yet.
